Gentle by default
Low noise, slow hands, and we stop when a dog needs a minute. Nervous dogs get extra time at no charge.
Honest about coats
If a coat is too matted to brush out kindly, it gets clipped short and you hear about it before, not after.
Two to three hours
Drop off, do the shopping, come back. You get a text the moment they are ready.
