It started with a second-hand espresso machine and a stubborn belief that market coffee could be better.

Tidal Coffee Co. was born out of a simple frustration — going to amazing farmers markets on the Central Coast and not being able to find a decent cup of coffee.

So we fixed that. We bought a cart, fitted it with a proper commercial machine, sourced beans from a local specialty roaster, and set up at our first market.

Word spread quickly. What started as weekend market mornings turned into bookings for corporate events, then weddings, then private functions.

Today, Tidal Coffee is a fixture at Central Coast markets and a go-to for event coffee hire. The approach hasn't changed — use good beans, make it properly, and treat every cup like it matters.
